Terms of service.
1. Who we are
"Quantum Branding," "QB BrandOS," "we," "us," or "our" means Quantum Branding, a sole proprietorship operated by Nizzar Ben Chekroune, contactable at me@qtmbg.com. "You" means the person or company who creates an account or otherwise uses the service.
By creating an account, completing the Signal Scan, or otherwise accessing any page at quantumbranding.ai or app.quantumbranding.ai beyond passively reading the homepage, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Your account
You sign in by entering an email address; we send a one-time magic link to that address. There is no password. Anyone with access to your email inbox can sign into your account, so keep that inbox secure. We don't recover accounts if you lose access to the email.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. One account per person or legal entity. Don't impersonate anyone or use a false identity.
Your Brand Profile (the QBP) is stored against your account. You can request deletion at any time by emailing me@qtmbg.com; see the Privacy Policy for the retention details.
3. Subscriptions, billing, refunds
Free tier
Signal Scan and the six Phase 01 tools (Archetype Compass, Brand Soul Map, Sensescape, Visual DNA, War Table, The Profiles) are free to use as long as we offer them. Free tier has no payment obligation and you can stop using the service at any time.
Paid tiers
Starter (€97/month), Pro (€297/month), Agency (€997/month) are subscription plans that unlock the Phase 02 to Phase 05 agent tools. Pricing displayed on /payment at the moment you subscribe is the price you pay until you cancel.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. By subscribing you also accept Stripe's Services Agreement.
Renewals and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the date you first paid until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the "Manage" link on your hub (which opens the Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You keep access until then.
Refunds
Within 14 days of your first payment on any plan, you can request a full refund by emailing me@qtmbg.com for any reason. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion and generally not given for partial-month usage. We do not refund Stripe processing fees.
Price changes
We may change subscription prices for new subscribers at any time. If we change the price for an existing subscription, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email. If you don't agree to the new price, cancel before the next renewal.
4. How you can and cannot use the service
You can use QB BrandOS to build your own brand, to build brands for your clients (Agency tier), and to share the output documents (Brand Document, exports) with anyone you choose.
You cannot:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our prompts, system messages, or the methodology underlying the agents
- Scrape the platform or use automation that puts unreasonable load on our infrastructure
- Resell access to QB BrandOS, share account credentials with non-account-holders, or run a competing brand-strategy service on top of our outputs
- Use the service to create content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, infringing, or contains malware
- Attempt to circumvent paywalls, tier gates, or rate limits
5. Your content and intellectual property
Anything you type into a tool — your brand name, your QBP, your answers to questions — belongs to you. You retain all rights. We don't claim ownership of your Brand Profile or the outputs generated for you.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to process your inputs and outputs for the sole purpose of operating the service for you (storing your QBP, calling AI models, generating documents, sending emails on your behalf).
The QB BrandOS platform itself — the tools, the methodology, the design system, the brand voice, the agents — is the intellectual property of Quantum Branding and is not transferred to you by your use of the service.
6. AI-generated outputs
Several tools call third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude). The output of these models is generated probabilistically based on your inputs. We do our best to produce useful, on-brand results, but we don't and can't guarantee that any specific output will be accurate, complete, suitable for a particular purpose, or free of unintended similarity to the work of others.
You are responsible for reviewing the outputs before publishing them, contracting on them, or otherwise relying on them. Treat them as a starting point for human review, not as final deliverables.
Per Anthropic's terms, we do not use your inputs to train AI models. Anthropic processes the input only to generate the response, then deletes it on the timeline specified in their data policy.
7. Availability, changes, downtime
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is hosted on Vercel; Anthropic, Supabase, Stripe, and Resend are critical third-party dependencies. Any of them having an outage will affect parts of QB BrandOS, and that is outside our control.
We may add, modify, or remove tools, agents, or features at any time. If a removal materially reduces the value of a paid plan, we will (at our discretion) offer a partial refund, a downgrade to a lower plan, or compensation for the unused portion of your billing cycle.
8. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Your use of the outputs is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of QB BrandOS is capped at the greater of (a) €100 or (b) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm — even if we were advised of the possibility.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, for fraud, gross negligence, or death/personal injury caused by negligence).
10. Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms, abuse the service, charge back without contacting us first, or use the platform to harm us or other users. Where reasonable, we will tell you in advance and give you a chance to correct the issue.
On termination: your subscription stops, your access to paid tools ends, and we begin the data-deletion process described in the Privacy Policy. Your right to use the platform ends; the limitation of liability, IP, and dispute-resolution sections survive termination.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute that the parties cannot resolve through good-faith discussion will be brought before the competent courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence apply.
If you're a consumer in the European Union, you have access to the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, send a notice to your account email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after the change means you accept the new terms. If you don't accept, cancel and stop using the service.
